Job description
Key Role:
Perform a variety of routine tasks to facilitate all functional areas of a human resources department for a DoD component. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Work directly with clients to process employee candidates, including nomination, entry on duty, and exit, such as initial contact, interview coordination, preparing offer packages, preparing onboarding schedules and conducting onboarding briefings, and offboarding.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with outreach and recruitment activities
- Knowledge of Human Resources and various hiring methodologies
- Ability to develop position descriptions in conjunction with hiring managers and position classifiers
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and pay strict attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with records management
- Knowledge of training programs, including tracking and construction, and implementation of new training modules and coordination of career transition programs
- Ability to create requests for personnel actions and coordinating staffing actions

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
