Oceaneering is a global provider of engineered services and products, primarily to the offshore energy industry. Purpose
- Supervise a local HR operations team responsible for the delivery of key HR services and processes.
- Work with multiple stakeholders across the company to trouble shoot and problem solve HR transactional activities in the full life cycle of employee events and deliver on HR’s strategic objectives.
- Improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of HR service support structure and related processes and programs.
Functions
- Provide daily support to HR operations team. Foster professional development and team building among staff.
- Optimize service levels in daily HR operations through development and administration of Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements, standard operating procedures, and case management technology.
- Utilize a LEAN mindset to promote continuous improvement in building and driving solutions and processes across local and global Employee Solution Centers.
- Lead various workflows to ensure efficient processing of all HR transactions.
- Understand priorities and work through complex issues to identify, develop and implement effective solutions.
- Provide advice and counsel to local HR professionals, managers, and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices to promote an ethical and compliant work environment.
- Oversee HR compliance, regulatory, reporting, and data analysis activities related to employee life cycle events.
Qualifications
Required:
- Relevant Degree, Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management , CIPD Qualification (QCF Level 5 and above) or equivalent relevant experience
- Previous generalist experience in Human Resources
