YOUR ROLE
In this diverse and varied role, you will support with all aspects of the employee life cycle such as processing new starters and leavers, contractual changes, reference requests, payroll, TUPE in and out, and redundancy calculations. You will be working within a team of HR Shared Services reporting into one of the HR Shared Services Team Leaders.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Utilizing a case management tool means no two days are ever the same in this role! you will be working alongside your colleagues to ensure the businesses requests relating to the HR processes are actioned in a timely manor paying close attention to detail and accuracy. On a day-to-day basis, you may be processing new starters and leavers and updating their employee files, drawing up contractual paperwork and sending this out via DocuSign, initiating reference requests for new starters, supporting our HR Business Partners with TUPE in and out procedures, doing redundancy calculations, supporting managers and colleagues with general queries, and any other administrative duties where required.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an exceptionally strong administrator who is comfortable working to tight deadlines. You will be a perfectionist when it comes to attention to detail and accuracy and confident in your own ability to solve problems and possess excellent communication skills. This role would ideally suit someone who has knowledge of HR processes and is looking to gain a wider understanding and exposure to develop their current skillset.
