A day in the life of…
As HR Shared Service Assistant, you will report to the Shared Service Manager and work closely with the HR Business partners, Aimbridges HR Centres of Excellence and General Managers in multiple hotel locations across UK and Ireland to deliver a broad spectrum of HR Admin tasks.
You will support in the accurate processing of and compliance with legislation relating to payroll, recruitment, and training. They will focus on delivering the Service Level Agreement to the business to the required standard. This will involve delivering HR Admin activities that meet or exceed the needs of colleagues, enhances colleague engagement, and delivers both Aimbridge and brand operating procedures including mandatory regulations.
Based in the Glasgow office you will be part of a small (but mighty!) family of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock. What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role you will have experience in a HR Admin role, preferably in a related industry and qualifications in a related field. You will also have experience managing multiple HR work streams, be an advanced user of Microsoft packages and be proficient in HR operating systems including application tracking, e-learning, and end to end payroll processes.
