We're looking for an HR Service Desk Agent who will join our dynamic EMEA SSC Team, whose overall mission is to provide streamlined HR operations service and to enhance the employee experience. The SSC Team as part of HR Ops Department endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle and support HR Ops in daily operations.
Specifically, we are looking for a person with a strong customer mindset, positive attitude, highly developed emotional intelligence and strong personal culture. Previous HR experience will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
What you'll do:
- Receive and optimally respond to service inquiries and requests with timely, accurate, and professional replies while managing multiple contact channels and dynamic work.
- Provide insight, first-line support for all routine employee enquiries and explanation on HR system and administrative activities in support of HR processes.
- Update knowledge base according to policy changes etc.
- Achieve service requirement on response time, satisfaction rate etc.
- Continuously improve service efficiency and employee experience.
- Support team in other daily operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources, Public Affairs, or other relevant fields is advantageous.
- Full-time/internship experience in human resources, daily operations experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently in an ambiguous and multicultural environment to handle multiple, competing priorities and short deadlines.
- Good service mindset and strong collaborative partnership skills to ensure the effective resolution of inquiries.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential.
- Previous experience in payroll be would a plus.
- Additional language (German or French) would be an advantage.
