SLC have an exciting opportunity within our People Team for a Reward Specialist to provide second line support to People colleagues and business managers in the application of reward policy and other supporting procedure and precedents. The successful candidate will take a lead role in managing the end-to-end benefit lifecycles and supporting the annual pay cycle and associated business cases by interpreting data and identifying solutions. SLC’s Reward Specialist will also lead on reward and benefits training to up-skill and develop people colleagues and key stakeholders in the business, to ensure consistency in the operation of reward policy and procedures.

SLC offer a Blend working model which will typically be 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
What you bring:
- Significant HR experience working within a high-volume Reward and Benefits role with experience completing job evaluations within a complex organisation.
- Experience of successfully utilising your HR Reward expertise and professional practice in a flexible way to meet challenging business priorities and the evolving needs of a People team.
- Proven ability in designing and leading people benefit activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
- Engaging and effective communication skills with the ability to influence managers through challenging HR reward and benefits issues.
- CIPD qualified
