Job description

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Internal Recruiter with good knowledge and practice of in-house recruitment, online recruitment software and applicant tracking, and experience of implementing resourcing strategies across various social media platforms.

Working as an Internal Recruiter you will support the organisation to develop a premium recruitment experience for candidates and managers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Manage the employee onboarding process, including conducting employee orientations and facilitating new hire paperwork.
- Oversee the performance management process, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on employee disciplinary actions and terminations.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent by experience
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Experience managing employee onboarding processes and conducting orientations
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management with employees at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex HR issues.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £27,000.00 per year
