Rajyug Solutions, a leading data and AI company, is seeking a motivated and Talented HR Recruiter to join our team. This fully remote position involves the responsibility of sourcing and recruiting the right candidates for our clients, as well as acquiring new client partnerships. This position is completely target based and candidate is expected to complete the minimum 70% of given target.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future positions.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to expand our client base.
• Understand client needs and requirements, and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and market insights to inform recruitment strategies.
