Job description
Responsibilities:
- Design the visuals, graphics, and functionality of websites to reach maximum usability.
- Use an understanding of user interface and user experience to create websites.
- Use A/B testing to carry out ongoing improvement of website performance and usability.
- Create responsive websites for mobile devices in accordance with W3C web standards.
- Application of in-depth knowledge of website performance, accessibility, best practice, and SEO.
- Use of Adobe suite and basic coding to create and maintain scripts.
- Use knowledge of hosting methods to identify requirements for and create subdomains, backup websites etc.
- Review HTML, CSS and PHP code, identify variables and de-bug/ suggest improvements.
- Keep abreast of changing technology and standards.
- Undertake competitor research, analyze competitor actions and implement changes to own websites.
- Ensure the resilience of website builds.
- Use an understanding of return on investment statistics to measure effort vs return.
- Lead website projects and initiatives, partnering with our marketing team and heads of departments to deliver seamless end results.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience of WordPress.
- Experience in WooCommerce.
- Experience in Middleware, Zapier, EPR, and CRM integration.

- Technical: the ability to apply technical knowledge and understanding of Web Design.
- Implementation: the ability to create, and implement websites for the Group.
- Prioritization: ability to prioritize tasks aligned with business requirements.
