Job description
We’re recruiting for a HR Project Manager on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to manage the delivery of multiple projects within our HR Shared Services function.
Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Contract: Fixed term contract (12 months) – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work with the Project Management Office (PMO) to deliver multiple projects across the HR function and to drive continuous improvement and positive organisational change. You will work with subject matter experts across HR to scope, plan and implement HR projects and ensure key milestones are met across the lifespan of the project. This role will also involve designing change management approaches to ensure effective communication and analysing people data in order to communicate key insights within a timely manner.
Who are we looking for?
A proactive individual with good attention to detail and practical understanding and experience of key HR processes and practices. You will have previous experience within a Project Management environment and be able to adapt to varying complexities and priorities. You will be able to analyse and interpret data, report key themes and make recommendations. You will also have good communication skills and be able to communicate, challenge and influence a variety of stakeholders effectively.
