This is a fantastic opportunity to gain some hands on experience and understanding of a busy and fast paced HR environment. You will be exposed to a wide variety of tasks, people and problems that arise, along with an opportunity to support in the Learning and Development team. We are happy to train and would be happy to consider recent graduates or school leavers who are passionate about HR that are looking for a career and not just a job.
What you will be doing
- HR Administration and supporting the wider team
- Maintain files in line with data protection
- Reviewing and updating our online learning system
- Social value activity
- Company inductions
- Professional memberships and qualifications
- Social content
- Programme analysis and evaluation
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion programmes
- TUPE case work
- Employee Relations cases
Who are we looking for
- Experience or interest in HR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Degree in any discipline would be an advantage but not essential to the role
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Confident, hardworking, and adaptable to the needs of the environment
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
