Job title: Opportunities in HR
Location: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £38,000 - £46,000 depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing advice to our function and programmes, working in collaboration with other HR Business Partners and Line Managers
- Supporting the deployment of people processes, covering areas such as Employee Relations, Talent Management, Resourcing, Performance Management, Early Careers, Learning and Development and Organisational Design and Development
- Providing operational advice on a variety of employment and performance issues and supporting business change initiatives based on business requirements
- Opportunity to support complex business activities
- Working in collaboration with the appropriate Centre of Expertise for the provision of expert advice on people policies
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- CIPD – working towards and/or qualified
- Previous HR experience
Desirable:
- CIPD Level 5/7
- Experience of working within a large, matrix organisation
