Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced & talented Social Media Manager to execute all social media activities for our diverse range of clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
As part of this role, you will be working directly within our social media team on a broad range of clients on their social media requirements.
- Managing multiple social media accounts across a range of sectors with a focus on Facebook & Instagram, but also Twitter, TikTok & LinkedIn
- Be able to build an understanding of each client and their target audiences
- Create captivating content for our client’s social media platforms
- Develop social media strategies and campaigns across multiple social media platforms with the aim of increasing brand awareness, leads and engagement
- Managing, creating and running paid ads
- Managing marketing budgets for our clients
- Insight analysis
- Analyse the needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the clients, outlining any necessary changes needed to the overall digital marketing plan
- Great communication skills in order to liaise with clients, work within the team and reply to social media messages, comments
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
- Setting measurable goals for campaigns, measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI)
- Must be able to work to deadlines
Knowledge, skills & experience
- 2+ years of proven social media management experience
- Facebook & Instagram experience essential, LinkedIn, Twitter & TikTok would be ideal
- Experience of running multiple paid campaigns is essential
- Solid understanding of marketing
- Strong planning skills; with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns at one time
- An ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- The ability to think strategically and creatively
- Sound knowledge of the English language
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
