About the Team
Early Careers and Academic Partnership team is one of the fastest growing and exciting teams at ByteDance. We support the next generation of talent, hiring amazing students into business across the world. We foster academic and technological cooperation with universities to create career opportunities and inspire creativity. with Our team is global with main markets in China, Singapore, Americas and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving project budget planning and demand analysis according to the company's business needs.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining the relationship between local universities and scholars in UK; planning and carrying out valuable and influential academic exchange activities and cooperation, and actively promoting the cooperation and experience sharing between the company and the academic community.
• In-depth understanding of the latest scientific and technological developments; able to output relevant technical insights to provide effective input and suggestions for business stakeholders.
• Manage relevant academic exchange and cooperation projects, operate the internal academic community, and promote the sharing and application of exchange results inside and outside the company.

Qualifications

• Advantageous to have 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in computer-related technical fields with a genuine enthusiasm for the work.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset. Demonstrates the ability to clearly and effectively express opinions to various internal and external stakeholders, effectively articulating work results and their impact.
• Possesses a strong sense of curiosity and a highly self-driven personality.
