Job Title: HR Operations Officer
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: London (Hybrid - at least 3 days a week in the office)
Package: up to £48000 p.a.
Resource Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a HR Operations Officer to join one of our clients, a leading Dutch bank in their London office. The bank places their clients' interests at heart and aims to provide long-term value to all its stakeholders.
Opportunity Overview: The HR Operations Officer is responsible for a variety of operational tasks across the HR team from both a HR and Reward perspective. This role is broad in nature, but it has a particular focus on reporting, governance, and house in order activities.
Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for analysing and presenting people MI data on a monthly, quarterly basis and ad hoc basis.
- Proactively considers and makes suggestions on reporting required to add value to the business and enable the HR team to proactively address issues.
- Analyses onboarding and exit interview data, sharing insights with the wider team and HR Business Partners.
- Responsible for supporting Procurement with the onboarding of any third-party contracts owned by HR.
- Responsible for the maintenance of (and any changes required by/for) all third-party contracts owned by HR.
- Administers all invoices received by HR and supports the reconciliations process.
Requirements:
- CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred.
- Experience working with HR and payroll systems (ADP and Success Factors would be preferable).
- Procurements admin experience desirable.
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills - must be comfortable analysing data, drawing insights, and presenting findings in an engaging and helpful way.
- Experience starters, changes, leavers etc.
- Worked in a banking or financial services environment.
- Knowledge and experience of PowerBI and using it for reporting purposes.
- Accuracy in the reading and drafting of human resources related documentation.
- Able to respond quickly and patiently to requests from the business.
- Good awareness of the regulatory and legal framework as it relates to HR, including SMCR.
