The People Customer Services team is responsible for delivering an excellent customer service to officers and staff across Norfolk and Suffolk Constabularies, providing advice and support across a range of HR processes. The role is a key part of the new People Services Team and works closely with other teams to ensure processes are completed to a high standard.
Successful applicants will be trained on the job and be supported in developing within the role. Whilst HR experience is useful, it is not essential to apply for this role. The ideal candidate would have a passion for customer service, conscientious and a good problem solver.

- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and planning and organisation skills
- Proven and effective administrative skills. Understands the need for confidentiality
- Confident in using Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (may be role specific systems)

Both full and part time hours available. These posts are offered on a temporary basis.
