The role: Print and Embroidery Garment Operative
The purpose of the role: To print and embroid clothing items and pack orders; ensuring lead times are maintained throughout and ensuring customer satisfaction
Main duties:
· Work independently and efficiently to print garments whilst maintaining lead times
· Ensure that consistency is maintained with print and embroidery positioning and quality
· Inspect and verify quality of product once printing has been finished
· Inventory checks of both prints and garments
· Packing orders
· Communicate with the Production Team Leader, regarding any issues or queries within orders
Responsibilities:
· Ideal candidates will need basic computer knowledge and a positive attitude
· Clothing printing experience would be an advantage although not essential as full training will be given
· All jobs are completed accurately and on time
· Proactive maintenance and upkeep of all equipment, reporting problems to the manager
· Ensuring highest levels of quality control are achieved and maintained
· Ensuring the print area is always maintained and kept clean and tidy
· Quality assurance and conscientious with high level of attention to detail
· Punctual and dependable
Full time role. Flexible working hours. Preferably non-smoker due to the nature of work
