You will report into the senior management of the business and provide a professional HR management service across the company, this will include
- Supporting and advising line managers within the business
- Recruitment & selection
- HR records
- Policy & procedures
- Disciplinaries and grievances.
What we are looking for…
- Qualified in HR / CIPD with experience in a comparable role
- Experience with HR policy development and review.
- Knowledge of current employment legislation
