I am delighted to be working with a large construction company based in Ballymena to recruit their new HR Advisor on a Part-time basis…
You will report into the senior management of the business and provide a professional HR management service across the company, this will include
  • Supporting and advising line managers within the business
  • Recruitment & selection
  • HR records
  • Policy & procedures
  • Disciplinaries and grievances.

What we are looking for…
  • Qualified in HR / CIPD with experience in a comparable role
  • Experience with HR policy development and review.
  • Knowledge of current employment legislation
