Your role
A Tech Delivery Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions from small components, to entire applications, to owning the development of software solutions spanning multiple complex systems. A Tech Delivery Manager will adhere to the established lifecycle methodology and practices, in accordance to project plans while carrying out their responsibilities
WMPC Tech EMEA IT Jersey provides application development and integration services to support business and regulatory initiatives, to deliver system enhancements to maintain alignment with group standards and provide third line support for a range of vendor and in-house developed solutions
This role has a broad range of responsibilities, including management and co-ordination with local and remote teams working on technical projects. The role actively engages with business and technical stakeholders and contributes to a wide range of risk management activities

We’re looking for a service delivery manager who will:
- support all aspects of technical project/program management for in-house and 3rd party applications.
- take a lead role for location specific analysis and change work required to support the migration of the banks existing local systems platform to the strategic platform for Wealth Management (WMP).
- contribute to all aspects of quality assurance, release and risk management activities.
- coordinate confidently with project team members, business stakeholders and technical contributors in other teams.
- provide regular business and technical project updates to business and technical stakeholders.
- support the project initiatives focused on remediation of identified technical debt remediation's for the current local platform
Your team
You’ll be leading the 'Change the Bank' team based in Jersey, an experienced application delivery team with more than 60 years accumulated service within the WM business. The team supports a wide range of applications and technologies, and a range of stakeholders across the organization, including Front and Middle Office, Ops, C&ORC, Finance and other technology streams
Your expertise
- thorough understanding of SDLC, program and project management
- strong team leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to engage confidently, and clearly with project and business stakeholders at all levels is essential.
- experience of the Agile development/project management framework
- experience of running and managing large Business, Change Transformation programs
