We're looking for an individual with strong customer service skills to join our team of Service Station Assistants. The ideal candidate will work well with others, provide outstanding customer service and ensure our customers shopping needs are exceeded.
We are currently looking for motivated, punctal, committed and hard-working petrol station assistants.
Service Station Assistant role involves:
· Authorising fuel pumps, serving customers and being responsible for cash handing / card payments.
. Providing excellent customer service on the tills.
· General cleaning and housekeeping within the store.
· Awareness of security in the store including looking out for shoplifters and fraudulent transactions.
· Ensure shelves are looking good, checking for sell by dates, ensuring quality and freshness for our customers.
· Watching and monitoring the store and forecourt ensuring customers have a great experience.
· Help our customers with any questions or queries, and locate items around the store.
About you:
· Previous experience within a petrol station or retail environment preferred.
· An excellent work ethic and ability to use own initiative.
· Fully flexible to work a variety of shifts including early starts and late finishes.
· Willing to provide support and cover for holidays and sickness when required.
· The ability to react positively to changing priorities.
· A friendly communication style with your team and customers.
