Job description
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process end-to-end
- Provide advice and support to all employees across entire employee lifecycle
- Support the Head of HR and HRBP's in the delivery of strategic objectives
- Support on ER casework and monitor sickness absence
- Assist in reviewing existing and new policies and procedures
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise accordingly
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Experienced with HRIS
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- CIPD Level 3
