City of London - Hybrid
Permanent - Full Time
£35,000 - £39,000 p.a
We are delighted to be representing an exceptional organisation who are looking to bring on a HR Officer. This charity, based in London, is a complex matrix organisation that is making a real difference in the world.
The HR Officer role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a friendly and collaborative team. This rewarding and varied role offers the potential to develop HR skills and knowledge and gain experience in an established organisation.
Job Duties include (but are not limited to)
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process end-to-end
- Provide advice and support to all employees across entire employee lifecycle
- Support the Head of HR and HRBP's in the delivery of strategic objectives
- Support on ER casework and monitor sickness absence
- Assist in reviewing existing and new policies and procedures
Job Criteria
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise accordingly
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Experienced with HRIS
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- CIPD Level 3
