This beautiful 3 floor venue is in need of a GM who is very operationally strong who can oversee this dynamic but super successful and diverse building. This role is all about being a strong leader, putting systems and structure in place so that the rest of the teams can flourish in their roles. This would suit a strong people manager and someone who understands the complexities of running a large team and a large venue. A truly amazing growing owner-operated company, with lots of opportunities in the future, it is a great time to join. Would suit someone from a bar or drinks background.
WHEN WILL YOU WORK?:
- This venue is closed on Sundays and Mondays
- You will work a mix of shifts outside of that
- 2 admin shifts a week
- Once the venue is settled and running how it should you can expect to be able to have a lot more admin/day shifts.
- Not at all a late night mgmt job.
