Job description
The Board of Directors of The Rainbow Multi Academy Trust are looking to appoint a highly motivated and skilled individual to the role of Human Resources Officer within the central admin team.
As the successful candidate you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both as part of a team and individually. You will be flexible and able to work effectively to meet deadlines, demonstrating your organisation and self-management competences. Experience of working within a human resources role is a necessity, and it is desirable that the successful candidate holds a qualification in this field.

We are looking for a new member of staff to embrace and support our schools in creating an environment where the children have the opportunity to be the best they can be. The Trust is committed to fully supporting our staff through a range of CPD opportunities.
The contract is term time only (38 weeks), plus 5 inset days and 2 weeks over the school holidays (41 weeks per year). A degree of flexibility around working times and working during the holidays is required to support payroll deadlines.
