GENERAL MANAGER - Miami’s American Street Food - Opening Soon!
We are looking for a Supervisor to join us in our new fast food venture, serving fresh Pizzas, Hotdogs, Bagels, Nachos and Sundaes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and aspirational manager, with a passion for freshly made food to join our business at an exciting time in our development. We are looking for someone to help launch our brand, with the very best customer service, food preparation skills and attention to detail. We aim to launch 5 branches in the Southwest within the next 3 years. The right candidate will be a vital part of our growth plan, with an aim to be regional manager as the business grows. We are launching shoulder to shoulder with some massive fast food brands, and we want someone with the ability and enthusiasm to rise to the challenge!
Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
- You will have at least 1 years' experience of managerial experience.
- You will be creative and use your own ideas to drive the business forward.
- You will be hands-on with the day to day operations of the restaurant and takeaway.
- You will love developing your team and build the foundations for future growth.
- You will create a great atmosphere and lead from the front.
- Have great attention to cleanliness, and food & hygiene safety practices.
- Be responsible for stock control and weekly reporting.
- Maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Oversee restaurant rota, budgets and sales forecasting.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £28,000.00 per year
