HR Officer
Reporting to: European Business Services Director
Job Summary: Reporting to the European Business Services Director, the HR Officer will be responsible for delivering a proactive and effective
HR service to managers and colleagues. They will support all functions across the business, providing advice and guidance in areas such as employee relations, change management and HR policies and Procedures. The postholder will be involved in activities around staff engagement, recruitment, performance management and HR administrative operations.
Key Accountabilities:

Experience
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced HR team, providing first level advice on HR policies and procedures
Knowledge, Skills and Understanding
- Excellent organisation and communication skills, with a good foundation in HR theory
- Ability to multitask and deal with a range of incoming
- Ability to develop innovative ideas and solutions.
- Excellent IT skills, specifically MS office .
- Able to streamline and improve operational processes.

Education and Qualifications
- CIPD level 5 certification or above in HR
