We are looking for a HR Officer.
You would be joining the team in an exciting period, ensuring that the people first approach is delivered in all that we do. We are looking for a HR Officer to join our supportive, friendly team based at Isleham.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner you would will actively support the operation of the business by providing an effective and professional HRservice covering the full generalist HR remit. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide first line advice and support to people managers across the Company in all employee relation concerns, including but limited to grievances, disciplinaries and absence management. Ensuring that any issues are managed fairly, consistently and adhere to legislation and Company process, policy and procedure.
- Act as a recruitment lead throughout the recruitment life cycle for drafting adverts to shortlisting to interview to assisting with onboarding
- Deliver HR inductions for all new employees and People Managers
- Playing an active role in facilitating our Employee Communication Forum
- Conduct employment lifecycle administration tasks ensuring that all HR Systems are up to date and accurate
- Support the HR Business Partners with HR change programmes to ensure key delivery of the people strategy
- Prepare training and development material on a wide range of generalist HR topics and deliver training and coach managers as required.

What we’re looking for in your skill set
- A strong background in a HR administration or Officer role
- An individual who is self-motivated, eager to learn and has excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Displays integrity and respects confidentiality
- Ability to show initiative, who can work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
- Ideally, you will hold a CIPD qualification, either level 3 or 5
