We are looking for an innovative thinking person to join our marketing team, someone who can bring creative flair for conceptualising social content and ideas. This is a key role within the Hoburne Group to lead on social media content strategy and execution.

Your main responsibility will be to manage the delivery and optimisation of organic campaigns, to implement effective SEO strategies, and to create paid social campaigns working with our media agency for delivery and reporting.
The opportunity will suit you if you have 2+ years’ experience across organic social and a knowledge of paid, with a complete understanding of what makes great creative and finding new ways to make Hoburne stand out and increase our reach and engagement.
The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, take pride in their work and be a strong team player.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Full accountability for Hoburne’s social media, to include designing, developing and evolving Hoburne’s social media presence.
- Supporting with projects, campaigns and working with the wider marketing team to implement ideas into online communication strategies.
- Influence and engage our park teams and the marketing team on creating assets to build up a rich content library.
- Managing the content strategy - researching audiences to understand the key personas we’re targeting, what channels they use, what content they’re engaging with, and how to make our content stand out.
- Monitoring the competition – looking at the best of social media and combining external insight with your own ideas to come up with content that our audiences will love.
- Managing budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
- Regularly monitor performance and results.
Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence, as you may be required to drive from one site to another. The hours of work for this position are 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday. This is a permanent position.
