An exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to join Vibrance, a charity established for over 30 years.
Vibrance is a registered charity supporting adults with a disability in London and Essex.
You will join us full time (35 hour a week), on a competitive salary of £41,932.00 and £42,929.00 depending on experience.
Based at our Head Office in Bethnal Green, hybrid working is offered, with the expectation for you to travel regularly to our services.
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services you will coach and manage a small HR team. You will lead and be responsible for internal and external HR matters, ensuring that the best advice is given to all stakeholders.
As our HR Manager you will work closely with both our recruitment and learning and development teams, ensuring best practices of staff onboarding and retention are maintained.

Skills and experience of our ideal HR Manager:
- A confident communicator
- Able to demonstrate generalist experience working in a HR/personnel role
- Experience with ER matters
- Interpreting and giving guidance as to current employment legislation
- Policy development and implementation
- Experience of working in a multi-site organisation
- Accuracy and attention to detail
