What we are looking for:
We are seeking to recruit an experienced, dynamic and experienced HR Officer to deliver outstanding Human Resources provision, ensuring a high level of service that supports all staff in providing outstanding learning and progress for our students. This is a generalist HR role and will suit candidates who are keen to develop and learn, with a positive and proactive approach to work. Applicants must be qualified to CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management. Candidates must have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated and a team player.
