Based out of our London depot in Enfield or Tower Hamlets, we’re looking for a Contract Manager. You’ll lead a team of Field Services engineers, operatives and installers who will support you through the delivery of our maintenance and refurbishment contracts. These contracts will cover a range of intelligent traffic solutions, including traffic signals, enforcement cameras and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. You will be responsible for contract delivery in accordance with the expectations of our largest customer in the UK, TfL and play a key role in providing value for money and customer satisfaction.

Experience is something but equally important is your character and approach to work. We are looking for someone with an excellent leadership qualities, who’s flexible and keen to learn and we can support you with a career in the traffic signals industry. Key to this is the importance of health and safety at work, a willingness to learn and work as part of a team. We’d love you to have electrical aptitude, but Traffic industry background isn’t essential as we will provide you with training and accreditation.

What will you be doing?
  • Managing a team of field-based engineers to oversee maintenance and refreshbishment of specialist equipment
  • Plan and coordinate the safe delivery of high quality works to agreed timelines
  • Liaise with the customer, contractors and third parties to ensure work in completed to plan
  • Manage project costs, payment schedules and control non-conformance
  • Support and contribute to contract bids to help us retain contracts and win new ones
  • Collaborate with colleagues in finance, tendering, logistics, procurement and manufacturing
  • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement work
  • Be aware of safety at work and be alert in identifying potential hazards by removing or minimizing them

  • You can analyse data and work with software to support contract delivery
  • Ability to communicate well to both your team, leadership, colleagues and end customers
  • You need a full driving licence and be based within commutable distance of London
