Job description

Are you an established HR professional looking for a challenging role in a leading educational group? The Bedford College Group is seeking a proactive and experienced individual to join our Human Resources team in the newly created role of Senior HR Advisor. In this role, you will provide a proactive and high-quality HR services to our employee base while ensuring the student experience remains at the heart of everything we do.


Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively as a member of the Human Resources team, providing a proactive and high-quality HR service to the Bedford College Group employee base.
  • Offer professional, confidential, and consistent advice and guidance on performance management and employee relations matters to employees at all levels within the Bedford College Group.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to CIPD level 5 or similar or willing to work towards gaining CIPD Level 5 or;
  • Experience in an HR Advisor role that reflects the equivalent level of knowledge will also be considered as a suitable alternative to meet the criteria

Contract Type – Bedford College Professional Services

  • 37 hours per week (1.0 FTE) / 52 weeks per year
  • 27 days per annum (plus public holidays), pro rata for part-time
  • Peoples Pension
