Here at SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK we have an opportunity for an experienced multisite HR Manager to join our amazing HR team. You will provide HR support to around 500 members of staff from Birmingham to Manchester.
The role
This is a Hybrid role, where you manage your own diary, but you will need to be flexible for travel to sites in the West Midlands, M6 corridor and Manchester. In return, we offer a salary of circa £50,000 plus Car/Car Allowance, Bonus, Healthcare, Pension.

As a HR Manager at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.
Working as part of the Central HR Operations Team, you will interact with a broad spectrum of stakeholders to provide operational and strategic HR advice and guidance on all people issues. You will need to be well rounded, employee relations focused and thrive in a fast paced environment.
You will be, ideally, level 7 CIPD qualified or have an appropriate degree/higher qualification. Experience of managing TUPE transfers, a unionised workforce and everything from Talent Management to disciplinaries. You will need to have attention to detail, be comfortable with data and have excellent stakeholder management skills.
