Job description
Our client is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their growing team. Based in Brill this position will consist of working with the accounts team to complete purchase ledger transactions, invoices for suppliers, subcontractors and payroll completion.
The hours of work will consist of 08:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30-16:00 on Fridays.
Duties of the role:
· Compile timesheets on Excel.
· Maintain all records for holiday and attendance.
· Filing Purchase Orders.
· Allocate remittance advice on spreadsheets.
· Support with credit control and sales invoicing.
· Enter timesheets on to costing systems.
· Maintain fleet dates for required documentation.
· Scan and file documents.
· Answer and resolve queries via phone call and email.
· Open and distribute post.
You must:
· Have experience working in a similar role.
· Show excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
· Hold a full UK Drivers Licence due to location.
· Be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word.
· Demonstrate the ability to work well as a team.
Offering £25,000-£28,000 per annum. This company has dogs occasionally in the office and is based in a rural location.
Experience in an accounts position would be advantageous but is not required.
