Company Overview: Insight Consultancy is a digital design agency based in Leicester, UK. Job Summary: We are looking for a Studio Manager to join our team. This is a remote position, but the successful applicant will need to be able to travel to Leicester once a month to attend team meetings and events. The Studio Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office, supporting our team, and providing administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering the main phone, and responding to emails and WhatsApp messages
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Basic bookkeeping e.g. invoices
  • Project management such as managing deadlines and briefs
  • Assisting the team with marketing, design and development projects
  • Organise and maintain our digital filing system on Google Drive
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling meetings, staff birthdays, and preparing documents and presentations
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, managing benefits, and maintaining employee records
  • Manage a record of the company supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Coordinate company events and team-building activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide general office support as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office coordinator, office manager, or administrative assistant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in all Google Suite applications, and other office software
  • Experience with project management software and tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks
  • Must be able to travel to Leicester once a month
