I am looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a rapidly growing company and take responsibility for managing the Human Resources function at a food manufacturing site.
This is a hands-on role, overseeing circa 150 staff, and a turnover of £100 million.
The successful candidate will have at least level 7 CIPD qualification and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an HR Manager role.
You will have a strong track record of developing and implementing successful HR policies and procedures and have a good understanding of employment legislation. Additionally, you should be capable of managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through to retirement. You will be comfortable working in a non-unionised environment and be able to manage employee relations matters.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage change effectively.
