Senior HR Advisor/Junior Business Partner
Permanent role
SW London & Hybrid working – 3 days office and 2 days from home
£55K-£60k base salary, 15% up to 40% bonus, 20% flex allowance (cash or pension) plus share options
Oakleaf is proud to be partnering with leading global FTSE100 energy company in its search for a new Senior HR Advisor/Junior HRBP for its UK business. If you are a true HR generalist with a HR or relevant degree, this might be the role for you.
What is the role?
Our client is looking for Senior Advisor/Junior Business Partner who will partner with an area of the business for HR activities including the employee lifecycle, giving day to day advise, employee relations. You will have a say on strategy as you will be required to provide business driven insights to support decision making and determine appropriate global interventions.
In this role, as the successful candidate, you will operate as a member of a business leadership team, providing business driven insights to support decision making and determine appropriate global / business wide interventions.
Candidate Profile
You will be an experienced HR professional with at least 4 years’ experience, ideally with a CIPD and/or bachelor’s degree qualification. Ideally completed a graduate training scheme within HR and you will have significant HR experience, ideally within a medium to large sized organisation. You will have strong experience with ER, delivering talent management, change management and a working knowledge or local labour legislation.
