RSW have great pleasure working alongside our longstanding client based in Kenfig, Bridgend. They are experts in their field of manufacturing high quality plastic products for the FMCG market. They currently have an opportunity for a number of packers/production operatives to join their team.The Role:End of line packingMonitoring production machinesCollaborate with team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that ariseEnsuring work areas are kept clear from trip hazardsClean room environmentThe Candidate:Previous experience in a similar role is essentialAbility to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accuratelyAble to work 4 on and 4 off days and nights on rotation12 hour shifts 7am-7pm and 7pm-7amStrictly over 18'sDriving license preferable due to factory locationAvailable for an immediate startIf you are interested in this role please apply including your CV.
