M Recruitment is looking for an experienced HR Manager for a busy 4* Hotel in Glasgow.
The HR Manager will be responsible for the efficient running of the Human Resources Department. The position is responsible for the development and implementation of departmental strategies and assists in the implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· To issue all person specifications and job descriptions for the hotel positions.
· To issue all contracts and ensure that employee’s files are kept up to date.
· To process all the payroll and follow up with queries with heads of department
· To organise all uniforms for all different departments within the hotel.
· To carry out Risk Assessment analysis for the hotel
· To assist in carrying out scheduled induction.
· To assist in the budgeting process from a HR perspective.
· To monitor industry trends and developments from an employer perspective.
· To carry out disciplinary meetings as required.
· To assist with the monitoring of incidents, accidents within the hotel and report same through to insurance company ensuring that all necessary, relevant details are adhered too.
· Carry out all day-to-day HR functions.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Scotland: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

- HR: 1 year (preferred)
