Duties and Key Responsibilities
Reports to Executive Director of Human Resources
Manages the day-to-day operations of the HR department functions
Oversees benefits administration for multiple carriers and serves as the main benefit resource for employees
Assists with strategic planning and goal setting for the department
Oversees recruitment/onboarding functions for the health system
Co-HRIS administrator
Employee relations, policy/procedure education and enforcement, performance reviews
Perform any other job duties as requested.
Requirements
Comprehensive and well rounded HR knowledge and experience
Strong computer skills and comfort level with HR information systems
Excellent customer service skills and working in a team environment
Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
Dependable and reliable employee and team member
Trusted to work with sensitive information
Education/Certifications
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience required. Master's degree preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of HR related experience
