Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Reports to Executive Director of Human Resources

  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the HR department functions

  • Oversees benefits administration for multiple carriers and serves as the main benefit resource for employees

  • Assists with strategic planning and goal setting for the department

  • Oversees recruitment/onboarding functions for the health system

  • Co-HRIS administrator

  • Employee relations, policy/procedure education and enforcement, performance reviews

  • Perform any other job duties as requested.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive and well rounded HR knowledge and experience

  • Strong computer skills and comfort level with HR information systems

  • Excellent customer service skills and working in a team environment

  • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities

  • Dependable and reliable employee and team member

  • Trusted to work with sensitive information


Education/Certifications

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience required. Master's degree preferred.


Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR related experience
