Cambridge (Hybrid)

Financial Training Provider

£40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Hybrid working available, based in a Central Cambridge location with free on-site parking and close to the station. Some travel required to our Norwich office, also with free on-site parking and close to the station.

First Intuition (FI) is an award winning, premier provider of professional training, including apprenticeships and has recently been awarded Outstanding provider status by Ofsted. The company has grown, since its establishment in 2009, to having a network of study centres with more than 80 employees.

FI is seeking to appoint a standalone HR Manager reporting to the Managing Director. This role is responsible for the management of the company’s HR function to ensure the company is legally compliant and adheres to HR best practice in the management of its people.

Duties will include overseeing all stages of the recruitment process, including role specifications, advertising, screening, selection, assisting with interviews, offers and on-boarding. Supporting departments around the business with the performance and absence management process for staff requiring additional support. Working on projects under the direction of the Managing Director.

This is an exciting career opportunity for a minimum Level 5 CIPD Qualified (or equivalent) HR professional with excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and an ability to manage deadlines. This role offers great long-term prospects for the right candidate.
