Job description
We are amidst a business wide transformation aimed at improving processes, efficiencies and customer experiences by the implementation and integrations of new software. Working together with like-minded individuals in the agile IT/Web department, you will be given a lot of guidance, flexibility and responsibility in setting-up, optimising and taking ownership of the use of software across the company and be at the forefront of this transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) related changes and recommendations
- Monitor web analytics reporting and recommend changes and improvements that will help aid conversion rates and improved UX
- Communicate and work closely with a team of programmers
- Support IT team in matters related to website front-end and UX matters
- Eliminate manual processes where automations can be developed
- Ensure that relevant software is configured and used optimally
- Communicate and work closely with key business holders to understand and subsequently implement improved workflows
- Create CMS pages using HTML & CSS
- Provide line support for internal staff on use of relevant software
- Help support the running of our digital marketing channels
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Have analytical capability
- Willingness to work and study both independently as part of a team
- High levels of IT proficiency
- Prior knowledge of coding is preferred
- Good oral and written communication levels
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
