We’re looking for a junior product owner for 1:1 engagement, Marketing automation and decisioning platform to join our team. The main responsibility is to support the senior product owner in day-to-day activities of the team’s analysis of requirements, backlog refinement, writing acceptance criteria etc.
This role will report to into Senior Product owner 1:1 engagement platform.
The difference you’ll make.
Contributing to the agile squad by providing clarification and reviewing completed stories in a sprint.
Creating a pipeline of work for the squads by planning for stories in the future sprints with the help of BA and scrum master.
Updating stakeholders and line manager on progress of the squad and highlighting potential risks.
Ensuring compliance with all Santander policies and regulatory requirements including but not limited to Customer Privacy and Information Security
What you’ll bring.
Capability in the application of Agile methodology and understanding of the product owner role within Agile.
Fluency in using agile tools like JIRA, confluence etc.
It would also be nice for you to have.
Passion to succeed. Energy to overcome challenges.
Excellent communication skills, teamwork and ability to assess risks and issues for the stakeholders.
Business analysis experience would be a plus .
Understanding of software development life cycle.
What else you need to know.
This is a Permanent role with Hybrid working of 2 days at office.
Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft teams.
