FCS Talking Therapies is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join us for this unique and exciting opportunity as a HR manager. What will the role include?:
· Support and advise the Senior Team and Managers in relation to all employment matters
· Strengthen the HR and people management capabilities of our Line Managers
· Reviewing, improving and developing our people management processes, systems and practices
· Oversee all contracting with staff and contract changes
· Support the HR administrator with processes throughout the employee lifecycle
· Regular reviews of policies and procedures; following up to date legislative changes and quality and efficiency changes
