Salary: £32,716.62
Location: L11 2SF (Hybrid)
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Officer to join our friendly, inclusive and innovative HR team here at Cobalt Housing. The human resources team is responsible for all aspects of the employment lifecycle, and provide knowledgeable assistance to employees and managers on matters that involve recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, payroll, pensions, and any additional requirements of the Organisation.
The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate closely with colleagues across Cobalt, provide advice and guidance, respond to inquiries promptly, participate in formal meetings as needed, and adhere to best practices and laws. In addition assist the HR and OD Manager with tasks and projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a CIPD certification and previous experience delivering successful HR services.

The salary for the role of HR Officer is £32,716.62 per annum. Cobalt’s standard working week is 35 hours Monday to Friday. At Cobalt we work in an agile manner and you can expect to work both at home and in the office based on business needs and our commitment to enabling staff to work flexibly.
