We are looking for an HR Manager to join us with the main duties and responsibilities as follows:
- Design compensation, pension, and benefits packages
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
- Full cycle recruiting
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Monitor theHR department’s budget
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues, RTW, andredundancy programmes
- To assist in managing employees’ grievances and disciplinary procedures
- Create and run referral bonus programs
- Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (Bizimply)
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
- To Manage IDC – airport passes management/ employees’ referencing and background check
- Onboarding plan, and induction program
- To assist Operation on Learning and Development
- To support manager/head chef – issuance of internal communication, paperwork
