We are looking for a Resource Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the organisation by managing resources, developing and implementing plans, and monitoring progress.
The Resource Officer will also be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential resources, developing strategies to maximise the use of resources, and providing guidance and support to staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, an ability to think strategically, and a commitment to providing quality service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of how to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate resource usage.
- Managing Staff Rota Scheduling, leaves and Pay calculations
- Drafting HR Documents
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resource management.
- Develop and maintain a positive public image for the organisation.
- Maintain records of resource use and expenditure.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Identify and address any resource-related issues.
- Provide advice on resource management best practices.
- Develop and implement resource management plans.
- Train staff in resource management techniques
- Provide oversight and direction for the organization’s HR & remuneration policies and practices
WHAT EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FROM YOU:
· Good communication skills
· 3/4 Years’ experience in a relevant ºeld
· Good IT skills
· Diploma/Relevant qualifcation in HR etc
· Strong team player
· Prefer to have current UK/International driving licence
· Qualifcations are preferred but training will be given
- Strong experience in working across the globe with a diverse group of people
- Knowledge of local and international labor laws
- Excellent business presentation skills
