We are looking to recruit a Process and Change Analyst to join our Continuous Improvement function. This is a key role, within the Payroll Team, which is responsible for identifying and delivering business process improvements to create greater operational efficiency and improve customer experience. You will be required to challenge existing processes and ways of working, as well as conduct analysis, present results, and put forward recommendations for change. We are looking for candidates who: Are well organised and able to prioritise work effectively. Have excellent communication skills, in to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders. Have knowledge of business analysis techniques and project methodologies. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to grow in a fast paced, and dynamic environment.
