As one of three HR & L&D Officers you'll underpin all of the great work we do to support everyone affected by Parkinson's. You’ll be an essential cog in the machine that is the Organisational Development team, who support a range of staff through their journey at Parkinson’s UK.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our processes are comprehensively followed in a professional and customer focused way, whilst maintaining effective and efficient electronic systems.
What you'll do
- Deliver an accurate monthly payroll for approximately 430 employees in partnership with the payroll provider
- Provide support to employees, managers and HR colleagues on the recruitment life-cycle
- Use a variety of data sources to design, create, maintain and develop dashboards and management information through our people data
- Providing support to the Learning team to develop and organise effective learning initiatives career pathways
What you'll bring
- Experience of working within an HR environment in a busy and varied team
- Experience and understanding of using a people HR system (preferably Cascade)
- Experience of the full recruitment cycle and all associated administration
- Experience of delivering and processing an accurate monthly payroll

As well as flexible working hours, this role is offered on a flexible contract giving you the opportunity to also work from home once a week. You’ll be required to cover your own travel expenses to the office.
