HR Intern (remote working, aligned to 270 Bath Road, Slough, UK)

Location: remote (occasional presence in the Slough office might be required).

Reporting to the Corporate HRBP's based in Belgium and the UK, the HR intern will be responsible for the following.

• Maintain impeccable data quality in Workday, managing Field HR activities
• Manage all Purchase Order activities
• Working under the guidance of the HRBP's take full responsibility for Corporate employees supporting all employee life cycle activity, e.g. New Hires, Promotions, off cycle salary reviews, WIN Awards, personal files etc
• Support the local onboarding processes
• Support internal customers regarding HR needs, by creating partnerships with employees and management
• Support different HR flows with internal stakeholders, e.g. finance, payroll, fleet, IT, facilities, C&B...
• Support the HR Corporate team EMEA-ANZ for regional HR support
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to increase our service delivery or to optimize our processes
