We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team and assist with various HR functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes, as well as providing administrative support for the HR department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in gaining experience in the Human Resources field and developing their skills in a professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews and background checks.
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation.
- Update employee records in the HR system.
- Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide support to employees regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations activities.
- Participate in training and development initiatives.

Salary: £21,836.62-£24,730.73 per year
